The year is 1963. Flight 42 to Brazil is leaving LaGuardia at midnight for the red-eye run to Rio. Somewhere over the Atlantic, the captain turns off the "fasten seat belts" sign. You are free to move about the cabin. Drinks are served. Lights dimmed.

Over the distant hum of the engine, a band begins to beguine. Somewhere between the cool jazz and noir of the big city, and the sultry rhythms of South America, they quietly set the mood to simmer. When, exactly, the plane got a swanky lounge with low couches and shag carpet, you're not sure. Just go with it, right?

Grab your highball and go sit next to the brunette you noticed at check-in. Flying never sounded so good.

Plan B is John Giordano Jr. on keyboards, Dan Darr on drums, and Scotty Anderson on Bass. Call us at 817.991.1862.
