John B. Giordano is a father and entrepreneur.  His other interests include athletics and music.  Music has been a major component of John’s life.   He grew up in a musical household.  His father John Giordano, a professional musician, was the conductor of the FW Symphony, composer, arranger and saxophonist, his mother Mary Alice, was a singer and pianist.   He had the unique experience of listening to world class musicians practice in his parents Fort Worth home.   John would watch and listen as his father studied the works of Bach, Wagner, Mozart and many other great composers.   Music permeated the home and Sunday afternoon concerts were mandatory in the Giordano household.  John and his father also listened to John’s fathers favorite jazz albums as they ran errands around town.   Ella Fitzgerald, Art Pepper, Frank Sinatra, Art Tatum, and George Shearing were among the artists on the play list.

As a youth, however, John was mostly influenced by rock, pop and folk music.  He gave up on lessons, played by ear, improvised, wrote songs, and played in bands, not taking a formal piano lesson until his senior year of high school.  John has been lucky enough to have known Dan and Scott for twenty seven years, and has had the fortune to play music with them for the past twelve years.  John attended The university of North Texas and TCU and currently is a partner with HGC Residential Development (a luxury home builder) and Giordano Wegman Walsh Real Estate Services, Christies International in Fort Worth.
